1. Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern all sales made through the website. By placing an order, the customer ("you") accepts these T&Cs in full. They apply to consumers within the meaning of the French Consumer Code.

2. Seller identity

3. Products

Products are described and presented on the Site with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are illustrative and are not contractually binding. Products are offered while stocks last.

We provide the safety and usage information supplied by our suppliers, including, where applicable, hazard labelling and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP). You are responsible for using the products in accordance with the instructions and safety information provided.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs which are indicated before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders

The order process follows these steps: selection of products, review of the basket, entry of contact and delivery details, acceptance of these T&Cs, and payment. The sale is final once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, non-payment, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order via squarespace. Transactions are secured (SSL/TLS encryption). We do not have access to your full card details.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of the order.

  • Delivery area: [EU]

  • Estimated delivery time: [10 business days]

  • Delivery costs: as indicated before order confirmation

We cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure. Risk of loss transfers to you upon physical delivery of the goods.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. email to [CONTACT EMAIL]) or using the model form below. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are borne by [you ]. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide proof of return.

Exceptions (Art. L.221-28): the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others, goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

9. Legal guarantees

Regardless of any commercial warranty, we remain bound by the legal guarantees applicable to consumers:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code): you have 2 years from delivery to obtain a remedy for a lack of conformity.

  • Guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): you may obtain a remedy or price reduction for latent defects.

To make a claim, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

10. Returns and refunds

For any non-conforming or damaged product, contact us within [10 days] at [bellomatisp@gmail.com]. Once the return is validated, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.

11. Liability

Our liability cannot be engaged for improper use of the products, failure to follow safety or usage instructions, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these T&Cs excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at [CONTACT EMAIL] to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with Art. L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, you may also refer the matter free of charge to a consumer ombudsman (médiateur de la consommation): [NAME AND CONTACT OF THE MEDIATOR — you must subscribe to a mediation service before selling to consumers in France]
